All federal, state and local income/gift taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. As a condition of entering, entrants agree to (a) to release Sponsor, Promotion Parties from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to entrant’s participation in the Promotion and the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the Promotion Parties, against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability arising out of acceptance, redemption or use of prize. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prizes or in the administration of the Promotion. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you are entering as an authorized representative of a business or company, it is your sole responsibility to review and understand your employer’s policies regarding your eligibility to participate in trade promotions. Sponsor disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for disputes arising between an employee and their employer related to participation in this Promotion and/or acceptance of a prize.
